- A short ferry trip presents few challenges:
- Remember a baby change bag for all the essentials
- A carrier is better than a pushchair as ferry's can be tricky to navigate with many stairs
- If the weather is fair, young children will love to go on deck killing time very efficiently
- Seasickness is a possible problem. Being on deck will help. Have cool water to hand and plenty of wipes!
- An overnight ferry trip is effectively like staying in a hotel. Ask all the same questions you would for a hotel and your needs should be covered.
