Delivery & Returns
- We ship to all areas of the UK. We are sorry, but at present we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey or BFPO addresses.
- Standard Delivery Rates
All orders are dispatched directly from our own warehouse. Orders placed by 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
We have kept our delivery charges as simple as possible for you.
Delivery Address. You have the option at checkout to have your item delivered to an alternative address other than the address your credit or debit card is registered to. Handy if you are at work all day.
For orders up to £19.99 there is a delivery charge of £1.95. These orders are sent Royal Mail First Class and you should receive your order in 1-2 days. When these orders are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email, however these orders are not trackable. This rate applies to all UK postcodes.
For orders £20.00 and up to £44.94 there is a delivery charge of £4.95. These orders are sent by DHL courier and require a signature. DHL deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 9.00pm. You should receive your order in 2-3 working days. When these orders are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track progress of your delivery.
For orders of £44.95 and over delivery is free. Again, these orders are sent by DHL courier and require a signature. DHL deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 9.00pm. You should receive your order in 2-3 working days. When these orders are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track progress of your delivery.
Next Day Delivery. We offer a next working day delivery option for all orders. For orders up to £44.94 the charge for this service is £6.95. For orders of £44.95 or more there is an delivery charge of only £2.95. After all, you could get it within 2-3 days for free so we're not going to charge you the full fee! When these orders are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track progress of your delivery. Please note this service is only available Monday to Friday.
Saturday Morning Delivery. If you require your order to be delivered on a Saturday morning, please telephone us on 01780 757107, and we can advise on price and availabilty.
Delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We deliver to all areas of the UK. There is unfortunately an extra charge to remote parts of the country if sending by courier. The postcodes where extra charges apply include;
AB30-56, KW1-3, KW5-17, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30- 37, IV40-56, IV63, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-50, ZE1-3
Isle of Man IM1-9, the Isles of Scilly TR21 & TR25 and the Isle of Wight postcodes PO30, PO34-38, PO40.
Northern Ireland BT1-57, BT60-82, BT92-94.
There is a flat rate charge of £10.00 for all orders of £20.00 or more to these postcodes. These orders are sent by DHL courier and require a signature. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery to these areas. Orders of less than £20 do not incur this charge as they are sent by Royal Mail.- Returns
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your goods. In order to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase we have extended this to 14 working days. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
You will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your order. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

You will have to pay the return cost of any postage and we recommend that you take out enough insurance to cover the value of the item, as you are responsible for the loss or damage to the item.
Once we have received the item and checked that it is in the condition that they were delivered to you we will refund your money. We aim to do this within 5 working days.
