- We will reply to emails by the end of the next working day.
- Who are BabyGoShop?
- BabyGoShop has been set up by husband and wife team, Alison and Paul Pike. Between them they have over 20 years experience within the retailing and marketing industries. They have three children under five years old and a dog. The children are easier to look after.
- Can I shop at your premises?
- Presently, we are an internet only retailer. If you would like to collect your order, you can do so by prior arrangement. Please email us at sales@babygoshop.co.uk or telephone us on 01780 757107.
- How do I place an order online?
- To place an order online, click on the Add To Basket button next to the product you wish to order. To return to the shop to browse or to purchase more items, click on Continue Shopping in your shopping basket. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on My Basket at the right of the page. You can check out any time by clicking on Checkout in your Basket.
To delete an item in your basket, click on the remove button next to the item you want to delete.
You can also change the quantity of the products you've ordered by changing the figure in the Qty box in your Basket and clicking on Update Shopping Basket.
Payment is by credit, debit card or PayPal and all orders are processed on a secure server.
All prices are in UK Pounds. Please use the "Change Currency" above "My Basket" to see prices in Euro. - Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
- BabyGoShop Limited accepts most major credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron.
- Do you accept other forms of payment apart from cards?
- Yes, you can pay by cheque. You will need to telephone us to place your order. Our telephone number is 01780 757107. Please make cheques payable to BabyGoShop Ltd and send to;

Please allow up to 10 days for cheques to clear. Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your items to the delivery address you have provided. - How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?
- We deliver to all areas of mainland UK. We are sorry, but at present we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, or BFPO addresses.
We have kept our delivery charges as simple as possible for you.
For orders up to £19.99 there is a delivery charge of £1.95.
For orders £20.00 and up to £44.94 there is a delivery charge of £4.95.
For orders over £44.95 delivery is free.
There is unfortunately an extra charge to remote parts of the country for orders of £20 or more. The postcodes where extra charges apply include;

There is a flat rate charge of £10.00 on all orders to these areas regardless of order value.
Please allow an extra 2 days on top of our standard delivery times for your order to arrive. - How long does delivery take?
- Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail delivery is 1-2 days and courier standard delivery is 2-3 working days.
- Are all items in stock and when do you take payment?
- BabyGoShop does not take payment for goods that we do not have in our warehouse. All items on the website that are showing as "In Stock" are in our warehouse, ready to be dispatched to you. We take payment from your card at checkout. You will not be able to add any item to your basket that is showing as being "Out of Stock", and your card will not be charged.
- Are my credit card details safe with you?
- All credit card transactions on the BabyGoShop website are paid through Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway, which automatically encrypts all sensitive information. BabyGoShop does not hold your credit card information at any time. Sage Pay uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology, which encrypts and protects any data sent over the internet, as well as advanced fraud protection technology to safeguard your online identity. - Can I return goods I do not like?
- You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us by email at customerservice@babygoshop.co.uk or write to us by post.
